ACN Digital Phone Service is a pre-paid VoIP service for personal (residential) use only. Connection to the Service is offered subject to the ACN Pacific Standard Terms (NZ Digital Phone Service) and New Zealand Services Tariff. You must comply with these terms including our Acceptable Use Policy when using the service. Connection requires the purchase of an ACN IRIS 3000™ Videophone. The Videophone and service require a terrestrial broadband connection (e.g. DSL or Cable Internet) that supports a minimum upload speed of 256Kbps, a modem/router and a power supply. The service, including ‘111’ dialling, does not function in the event of a power failure or disruption. If there is an interruption in the power supply, the Service, including ‘111’ dialling, will not function until power is restored. If making an emergency services call you must inform emergency service operators of your address as Calling Line Identification may not be available to emergency services operators. For technical and commercial reasons the service is not available in all areas. The image quality of the Videophone is dependent on the speed of your broadband connection and will be affected by factors such as Internet traffic, your line connection, your location and the location of the videophone you are calling. Average usage = 5MB per minute of video calling. Actual data usage is dependent on the selected settings of your Videophone and the upload speed of your broadband connection. Your credit card will be billed for the first month’s service fee, the cost of the IRIS 3000™ Videophone plus $15 shipping and handling at the time you sign-up. The minimum cost for the first month is $421.95 (Talk 1000 Plan) and $428.95 (Talk 2000 Plan) excluding any additional or excluded usage costs. Minimum monthly cost for subsequent months is $27.95 (Talk 1000) and $34.95 (Talk 2000).

#Talk 1000 Plan included minutes are available for local and national long distance calls to New Zealand landlines. Calls are deducted from your included minutes allowance in 60 second increments. Mobile terminating calls and certain other call types excluded.

§Talk 2000 Plan included minutes are available for local and national long distance calls to New Zealand landlines plus international calls to landlines in Australia. Calls are deducted from your included minutes allowance in 60 second increments. Mobile terminating calls and certain other call types excluded. Unused Plan included minutes do not roll over into the following month and are not transferable. The standard rates of your plan apply once the Plan included minutes are exceeded.

^Unlimited ACN-2-ACN video calling is subject to the ACN Digital Phone Service Fair Use Policy. Up to 5000 minutes of free calling per month allowed. ACN-2-ACN Video Calling is available only for calls made within New Zealand to another ACN Digital Phone Service and international video calls to ACN Digital Phone Services in the following countries Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Rep. of Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Calls to ACN Home and Business Phone services are excluded.
