Is ACN's NZ mobile product an ACN product?
No. ACN is an agent for M2 Telecommunications, who use the Vodafone network to provide mobile services in New Zealand.
Does M2 offer BYO (bring your own) mobile plan?
Yes, when you BYO phone, you still choose from the same great value M2 plans, but on a month-to-month basis instead of a 24 month term.
- For 2G coverage, your phone must be capable of accessing GSM 900MHz
- For 3G coverage, your phone must be capable of accessing UMTS 2100MHz
- For “Extended” 3G coverage, your phone must be capable of accessing UMTS 900MHz
Please note: CDMA handsets are not compatible with the M2 Anytime Minute service. Please check with your current Service Provider prior to purchase if you are unsure about your current handset type.

Does ACN sell a pre-paid mobile service?
No. ACN does not currently offer a pre-paid service.
How can I obtain printed promotional material such as brochures and flyers?
As rate plans and offers change frequently, printed materials can easily become out-of-date. Please refer to the ACN website for up-to-date product information.
Does M2 support BlackBerry e-mail?
No, not at present.
Will I be able to access Vodafone live! services?
No.
Can I transfer my 021, 027 or 022 number when I join M2?
Yes
What do I need to do if I wish to transfer my existing mobile number to M2?
When signing up online, select 'I wish to port my number' and once you receive your simcard- contact M2 Customer services to be activated.
Can an M2 customer be a Vodafone 'Bestmate'?
Yes, you can become a Vodafone Bestmate.
How many Bonus Minutes to NZ ACN Mobiles do you get every month when joining M2 on a 24 month term?
Will I be able to make International calls from my M2 Mobile?
Yes, you will have the ability to make International Calls from your M2 Mobile Service. If you have issues with making international calls after your M2 service is activated please contact M2 Customer Service on 0800 M2 TALK (0800 62 8255) or 232 from your M2 mobile.
