What are the requirements for becoming an M2 mobile customer?
To become an M2 mobile customer, M2 must receive your completed and signed application and you must pass a credit check.

Your ACN Independent Representative can track your application status. Please contact them for more information.
What happens if I fail the M2 credit check?
If you do not pass the M2 credit assessment process, or M2 requires additional credit-related information which may assist with your application, an M2 consultant will contact you directly by phone or e-mail.
This will not be dealt with via your ACN Independant Representative.
Am I entitled to a cooling-off period?
Residential customers are entitled to a 7 day cooling-off period. Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel within this period, please call M2 Customer Service on 0800 M2 TALK (0800 62 8255) or 232 from your M2 mobile.
M2 will send you a satchel for the return of your SIM card and phone. Cancellation occurring after expiration of the cooling-off period will be subject to M2’s standard Early Termination Fees.
What options are available for paying my M2 invoice?
You may pay your M2 invoice by automated direct debit either from a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Diners Club) or nominated bank account.
