How long will it take to receive my new phone?

Your phone and SIM will be shipped to you by Courier Post and will typically arrive between 8 and 10 days from the date on which M2 receives your signed application form.

A signature will be required upon delivery, and therefore it is not possible to ship to PO Boxes or Rural Delivery Addresses.

What if I am not at the delivery address when the courier delivers my phone?

If this occurs a 'card to call' will be left by the courier. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and instructions for arranging re-delivery.

If the second delivery is unsuccessful, you will need to arrange to pick up the package from the nearest local depot within 7 days.

I still haven't received my phone and SIM card. What should I do?

Your phone and SIM card will typically arrive within 8 to 10 days of M2 receiving your signed application form.

If your phone has not arrived within 2 weeks, please contact M2 Customer Service on 0800 62 8255 who are able to track your delivery.

What should I do if my phone is damaged or not functioning properly upon delivery?

If your new phone is damaged, is not functioning upon delivery, or you later discover a fault, please call M2 Customer Service on 0800 M2 TALK (0800 62 8255) or 232 from your M2 mobile.

Can I exchange my phone for a different model?

No. M2 will not exchange your phone for a different model due to a change of mind, so please choose your phone carefully.

Who do I call for help with using my new mobile phone?

If you have questions regarding how to operate your phone, please refer to the user manual supplied with the phone, or call M2 Customer Service on 0800 M2 TALK (0800 62 8255).

Can I continue to use my current mobile handset with M2?

If you currently use a GSM mobile phone it will most likely continue to work. If you use your current phone to connect to Telecom or TelstraClear it will not be compatible with the Vodafone network utilised by M2.
