How often will I receive my ACN invoice?
We will issue an invoice for your Toll service on a monthly basis.
What are the options for paying my ACN invoice?
You can pay your ACN invoice using the following methods:
Internet and Telephone banking – To pay directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account simply contact your financial institution and set up ACN Pacific as one of your bill payees.
Participating financial institutions include ASB Bank, National Bank, Bank of New Zealand, ANZ, TSB Bank, Westpac, HSBC, KiwiBank and most credit unions.
Pay in person at any NZ Post Office.
Credit Card - please call 0508 226 000 to pay with your Visa or Mastercard.
Direct Debit - The convenient way to pay your invoice - your payment will automatically be withdrawn from your credit card or bank account on the due date each month. To establish a direct debit arrangement please download an authority form below or call our Customer Contact Centre on 0508 226 000 for more details.
How are SmartChoice plan fees billed?
The fee for your SmartChoice plan is billed monthly in advance. On your first invoice the fee will be pro-rated from the date your service became active with ACN up until your invoice date. The second month's fee will also appear on your first invoice, applied in advance.
