What should I do if I have a fault with my home phone?
If you cannot make a national toll call, a call to a cellular phone or are having difficulties reaching an international number then please call our Customer Contact Centre on 0508 226 000.
If you cannot make ANY calls from your phone, or your have a line fault (e.g. no dial tone, line noise, etc) you should contact your local provider and request that they investigate the problem.
