How do I sign up for ACN Toll Calling?
To sign up for ACN Toll Calling you must have an active home or business telephone service with a telecommunications provider in New Zealand.
You will need to complete a Customer Authorisation Form (CAF) and fax it to us on 0508 226 001. You can obtain a CAF from your Independent Representative or by contacting our Customer Contact Centre on 0508 226 000.
Once we have received you CAF we will request the transfer of your Toll service from your current provider. Transfer of your service will take up to 5-10 business days following receipt of your CAF.
