M2 Mobile Broadband plans are available only to new credit approved customers. The service is provided only for use with an M2 supplied SIM card and HSDPA data device. The M2 supplied data device is a Vodafone K3565 wireless modem. If you exceed your plan's included data allowance in any given month, additional excess usage will be charged at $0.15 per MB or part thereof. Any unused data allowance does not rollover into the following month and is not transferable.

Minimum monthly spend is $35.73 (1GB bundled plan), $45.95 (1GB standalone plan), $61.28 (3GB bundled plan) and $71.50 (3GB standalone plan) respectively. Minimum cost to you over 24 months is $857.52 (1GB bundled plan), $1,102.80 (1GB standalone plan), $1,470.72 (3GB bundled plan) and $1,716.00 (3GB standalone plan) respectively excluding any excess data costs or other service costs such as SMS (if applicable). Bundled pricing is available to customers who combine M2 Mobile Broadband with an eligible M2 Select Mobile service on the same account.

Early termination fees - If your Agreement is terminated earlier than the agreed Agreement Term (as indicated in your Application), you will be required to pay an Early Termination Fee (ETF). This is calculated as 50% of your Mobile Broadband monthly fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Agreement Term. E.g. If you connect to the Mobile Broadband 1GB plan with $45.95 monthly plan fee and you terminate your Agreement 3 months prior to the expiry of a 24 month Agreement Term, the ETF will be $45.95 x 50% x 3 = $68.93.

Additional things you should know
1.  Service is subject to network availability. Broadband speeds are only available in Vodafone 3G/HSDPA network areas. We recommend you check network coverage in your area here before purchasing this product.
2.  Maximum theoretical speed on the 3G/HSDPA network is up 3.6Mbps however typical transfer speeds are between 800kbps and 1.4Mbps. Actual speeds will vary and may be slower.
3.  Outside 3G/HSDPA broadband areas, the M2 Mobile Broadbandservice operates at slower speeds on Vodafone's 2G network.
4.  If you exceed your plan's included data allowance of 1GB (1GB plan) or 3GB (3GB plan) in any billing month, additional excess usage will be charged at $0.15 per MB or part thereof. Both upload and download data counts towards total monthly data usage.
5.  National and international SMS sent using this service will be charged at $0.20 per message in addition to your monthly plan fee.
6.  USB modem system requirements are: a standard USB interface, Windows 2000 / Windows XP (32 bit only) / Windows Vista (32 bit only) / Mac OS 10.3.5 or higher, 100MB of free hard disks pace and minimum 128MB RAM.
7.  Bundled pricing is available to customers who combine M2 Mobile Broadband with an eligible M2 Select Mobile service on the same account.
8.  All pricing listed is inclusive of 15% GST.
