Is ACN's NZ mobile broadband product an ACN product?
No. ACN is an agent for M2 Telecommunications, which utilises the Vodafone network to provide mobile and mobile broadband services in New Zealand.
Do you offer a SIM-only / BYO mobile broadband plan?
No. At the current time all M2's mobile broadband plan options include a Vodafone K3565 USB modem.

Can I use the USB modem with more than one computer?
Yes. The modem can be used on multiple computers however you will need to install the included software on each computer you intend to use the service.
What are the minimum USB modem system requirements?
Minimum system requirements are:
- a standard USB interface
- Windows 2000 / Windows XP (32 bit only) / Windows Vista (32 bit only) / Mac OS 10.3.5 or higher
- 100MB of free hard disk space
- Minimum 128MB RAM
How do I use the USB modem as a flash drive?
The Vodafone K3565 modem contains a MicroSD memory card slot. By inserting a MicroSD card (up to a maximum capacity of 4GB), you can use your modem as a flash drive.
Note: MicroSD card is not included with the Vodafone K3565 modem.
How can I obtain printed promotional material such as brochures and flyers?
Your ACN Independent Representative can provide the latest product brochures containing promotional and pricing information for all products avaialble from ACN in New Zealand.
