Select Mobile Plans are available only to new credit approved customers. A 24 month Agreement Term applies for all connections to these plans when a phone is also purchased. When a phone is not purchased, no Agreement Term is applicable.

24 Month Term with new handset

The total minimum cost over 24 months is the upfront cost of a handset (if applicable) plus, for Mobile Select 20 - $718.80; Mobile Select 60 - $1,198.80; Mobile Select 120 - $1,678.80; Select Mobile 250 - $2,878.80; Mobile Select 600 - $5,638.80; Mobile Select 1100 - $9,118.80 and; Mobile Select 2000 - $13,918.90. You will pay the monthly access charge each month even if you do not utilise the Included Base Minutes of your plan.

Early Termination Fees

If your Agreement is terminated earlier than the agreed Agreement Term (as indicated in your Application), you will be required to pay an Early Termination Fee (ETF). This is calculated by 50% of your Mobile Select monthly access charge multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Agreement Term. E.g. if you connect to the Mobile Select 120 plan with $69.95 monthly access charge and you terminate your Agreement 3 months prior to the expiry of a 24 month Agreement Term, the ETF will be $69.95 x 50% x 3 = $104.93.

Phone rebates are subject to connection to the relevant Mobile Select plan for a 24 month Agreement Term. Cancellation within the Agreement Term will incur an Early Termination Fee. Plan downgrades during the Agreement Term may also incur a handset recovery fee.

Please note: The maximum phone rebate provided will be no greater than the list price for the handset selected.

A $9.95 SIM card delivery fee will be charged to your first bill. The monthly access fee corresponding to your chosen M2 Select Mobile plan will be pro-rated at the time your service is terminated.

Base Minutes include calls made within New Zealand to New Zealand landline or mobile numbers. Premium rate numbers such as 0900 and voicemail retrieval calls are not included. All voice usage is charged on a minute plus second basis. All Base Minute and ‘Select’ Add-on included usage expires at the end of the month in which they were allocated. M2 Fair Use Policy applies.

Applies to calls made within New Zealand. Bonus Minutes usage expires at the end of the month in which they were allocated.
