Mobile Select Plus Plans are available only to new credit approved customers. A 24 month Agreement Term applies for all connections to these plans when a phone is also purchased. When a phone is not purchased, no Agreement Term is applicable.

24 Month Term with new handset
The total minimum cost over 24 months is $718.80 (Anytime Minute 30); $718.80 (Anytime Minute 75); $1,198.80 (Anytime Minute 150); $1,678.80 (Anytime Minute 250); $2,398.80 (Anytime Minute 400); $3,118.80 (Anytime Minute 550); $4,318.80 (Anytime Minute 700) and; $5,518.80 (Anytime Minute 1000), excluding any additional or excluded service costs or any additional handset repayments (if applicable). You will pay the monthly access charge each month even if you do not utilise the base inclusion (minutes and/or SMS) of your plan.

Early Termination Fees
Anytime Minute Plans can be purchased with a handset and are subject to a 24 month Agreeement Term. If you cancel or disconnect your service, downgrade or change your plan or switch carriers within the Agreement Term (as indicated in your Application), you will be required to pay the Handset Recovery Fee remaining on your phone. This is calculated by the outright price of your chosen handset divided by the minimum commitment multiplied by the number of months remaining in the Agreement Term.

E.g. If the outright price of your chosen handset is $300 and you terminate your Agreement 3 months prior to the expiry of a 24 month Agreement Term, the Handset Recovery Fee will be ($300 / 24) x 3 = $37.50.

A $10.17 SIM card delivery fee will be charged to your first bill. The monthly access fee corresponding to your chosen M2 Mobile Select Plus plan will be pro-rated at the time your service is terminated.

Core Minutes include calls made within New Zealand to New Zealand landline or mobile numbers. Premium rate numbers such as 0900 and voicemail retrieval calls are not included. All voice usage is charged on a minute plus second basis. All Core Minute and ‘Select’ Add-on included usage expires at the end of the month in which they were allocated. M2 Fair Use Policy applies.

Offer is only available to customers that connect for a minimum of 24 months. Bonus minutes can only be used for voice calls to other ACN-acquired mobiles provisioned by M2 Telecommunications. Calls must be made and received in New Zealand. No charge applies for the first 200 minutes per month made to ACN-acquired mobiles provisioned by M2, after which your core minute inclusion will reduce as normal or standard excess rate per minute applies if no core minutes remain. Unused bonus minutes do not roll over into the following month and are not transferable. Bonus 200 minutes to ACN mobiles is a promotional offer and available until February 29, 2012 (unless extended) and could be withdrawn at any time.

No connection fee applies. After the first 5 minutes, core minutes inclusion will reduce as normal or standard excess rate per minute applies if no core minutes remain. Calls must be made and received in New Zealand.
