SmartChoice Plus is available to credit approved business and residential customers who preselect and remain preselected to ACN for their toll calling. Connection to these plans is offered subject to the ACN Pacific Standard Terms (NZ Toll) and New Zealand Services Tariff.

The Plan Fee is applied monthly in advance irrespective of your usage of the service. All calls are charged in one minute increments. A one minute minimum charge applies per call. Calls eligible for capped rates will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge (according to the type of call and destination) for the first 2 hours of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter.

Calls to fixed line services in selected international destinations will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge (according to the destination) for the first 2 hours of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. Capped call rates are not applicable to calls terminating to mobiles in certain countries, including calls to some international fixed line numbers, which are treated as mobile terminating calls.

First minute chargeable. Maximum 60 free minutes per call. Maximum 200 free minutes per service per month. Any minutes accrued over the 60 minutes per call or 200 minutes per month are charged at standard per minute rates.

WorldChoice
WorldChoice is a customer-selected plan option that can be combined with SmartChoice Plus Plan upon request. A monthly surcharge applies in addition to the relevant SmartChoice Plus Plan Fee. The surcharge is charged in advance and is applied irrespective of your usage of the service. You may request the activation or deactivation of WorldChoice to your plan only once per invoicing period. WorldChoice is not available to the SmartChoice 20, SmartChoice 25 or SmartChoice 45 Plans.
